Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is completely FREE across India. There are no hidden delivery fees added to your cart at checkout.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Handling Time: We pack and dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 business days.

Transit Time: Standard delivery across India takes 2 to 5 business days.

Total Delivery Speed: You can expect your T-shirt to arrive at your door within 3 to 7 business days from the day you order.

Where do my items ship from?

All of our high-quality T-shirts are printed, packed, and shipped directly from our warehouse in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return window?

We offer an easy 3-day return window. You must request a return or exchange within 3 calendar days of your package being delivered. The delivery date counts as Day 0.

What are the conditions for a return or exchange?

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your T-shirts must be in new condition. This means they must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and clean.
  • Kept in their original packaging with all product tags still attached.

Are there any return shipping or restocking fees?

No. Returns and exchanges are completely FREE. We do not charge restocking fees, return handling fees, or shipping costs.

How do I return my item?

Once we approve your return request, we offer two easy options:

  • Free Home Pickup: We will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the package directly from your home address.
  • Prepaid Return Label: We will send you a prepaid shipping label via email or WhatsApp for you to download, print, and stick on your box.

What happens if my T-shirt is defective or damaged?

If your T-shirt arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it at zero cost to you. Under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019, our strict 3-day change-of-mind return limit does not apply to genuine manufacturing defects. Please notify us immediately so we can fix it.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned T-shirt, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Payment, Security & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Is my payment secure?

Yes, 100%. Our checkout is protected by a verified SSL certificate to encrypt and protect your personal details.

What payment processors do you use?

We partner with Razorpay, which is certified PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, the highest security standard in the global payment industry. Your credit card, debit card, or UPI credentials are never stored on our servers.

How does your Cash on Delivery (COD) split-payment work?

To confirm your order and prevent delivery failures, we use a simple two-step split payment:

  • Confirm Today: You pay a ₹100 advance confirmation fee at checkout.
  • Pay on Delivery: The ₹100 is deducted from your total. You pay the remaining balance to the delivery agent when your T-shirt is handed to you.

Note: This is not an extra charge or surcharge. Your total price remains exactly the same as advertised.

Offers, Discounts & Promotions

How does the "Buy Any 3 T-Shirts for ₹999" bundle work?

Our bulk T-shirt promotions are auto-applied directly in your cart:

  • Regular Fit Tees: Buy any 3 and the price automatically adjusts to ₹999 at checkout.
  • Oversize Tees: Buy any 3 and the price automatically adjusts to ₹1299.

Can I mix Regular and Oversize shirts to complete a bundle?

No. Regular fit and Oversize fit items cannot be combined to complete a single bundle discount. Your cart must contain at least three shirts of the same category for the discount to apply.

What happens if I return only one T-shirt from a bundle?

If you return part of a promotional bundle, your remaining items are recalculated at their standard regular price. Your refund will be the difference between what you paid and the normal price of the shirts you kept.
