1. Introduction Welcome to wilddragon.in. We want you to be happy with your T-shirt purchase. This policy explains your rights to cancel an order, return a product, and request a refund. This policy is written to comply with India’s Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and Google Merchant Center guidelines.
2. Order Cancellations
- Before shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the T-shirt is shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at mellmonbrand@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +919760666886.
- After shipment: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
3. Return Window and Eligibility (Standard Returns) For standard returns (such as a change of mind or sizing issues), we offer a 2-day return window. You have exactly 2 days from the date your T-shirt is delivered to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a standard return, the T-shirt must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all original WILD DRAGON tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
4. How to Request a Return To start a return, please email us at mellmonbrand@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will schedule a pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Costs We provide a free return pickup for all approved returns and exchanges. You will not have to pay any shipping costs to return your item to us.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, you have the right to receive goods that are free from faults and to have a reasonable opportunity to examine them.
If your T-shirt has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or is the wrong item, the strict 2-day standard return window does not limit your basic consumer rights. If you discover a genuine defect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return pickup and make it right by offering a free replacement or a full refund.
7. Refund Process and Timeline Once we receive and inspect your returned T-shirt, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
- Online Payments (Cards, UPI, Razorpay): If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for Razorpay and your bank to process and post the refund to your account.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, we will contact you to collect your bank account or UPI details to transfer the refund electronically within the same 5 to 7 business day timeframe.
