1. Introduction Welcome to wilddragon.in. This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your T-shirt orders. By placing an order with WILD DRAGON, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship our products exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Costs We believe in transparent pricing:

  • Prepaid Orders (Cards, UPI, Razorpay): Shipping is completely FREE.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Shipping is generally FREE. If any minor COD handling fee applies, it will be clearly displayed to you at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

4. Order Processing and Handling Time "Handling time" is the number of business days it takes our team to pack your order and hand it to the courier.

  • Our standard handling time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

5. Order Cut-Off Time To ensure your order begins processing on the same day, you must place it before our daily cut-off time of 12:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will begin processing on the next business day.

6. Transit Time and Total Delivery Time "Transit time" is the number of business days it takes the courier to deliver the package to your address once it leaves our facility.

  • Our standard transit time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on your exact location in India.
  • Total Expected Delivery: Taking into account both handling and transit times, you can expect to receive your T-shirt within 3 to 7 business days from the date you place your order.

7. Order Tracking Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your door.

8. Delayed or Missing Packages We strive to meet all estimated delivery times. However, delays can occasionally happen due to severe weather, public holidays, or courier issues. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue with the courier.
